Also, each state/county is going to be different and the facility you are going to do it in makes a difference. Our facility wasn't even close to be outfitted with kitchen kinds of stuff. So, my situation at the time probably wouldn't be comparable to yours anyway. But do let me know if you make a go of the Nitro Ice Cream idea.
